I know many of people who own and run their own business people who own frozen yogurt shops, coffee shops, painting business, counter tops, lawn care, roofing, cleaning, pizza shop, a car dealership, and even, a mechanic shop. most of all of the people i know when i talked to them they say and agree that one of the hardest parts of being a business manager is the hiring process. the hiring process is one of the hardest jobs because well who you hire will be working and will either help your business or not. they also said that most businesses nowadays are starting to switch to not just one person giving you an interview and hiring you but two or three people giving you an interview and then the two or more of them will make the decision together on weather you are hired or not. when i asked why the reason i got was because to many companies were hiring the wrong people and suffered from it. other than that i asked what are some of the other difficulties to business management and i was told a lot that another one was to get the target market that you are going for into your place whether it be a food shop, coffee shop, mechanic shop, etc there will always be other competitors out there. and so you have to try to have something special that brings people to you business whether that be low prices or special deals of some sort.
for this i had volunteered/worked with my parents friends company we had to pull off some trim on the side of a house so that he could put some new stuff on he runs his own business and hires people on occasion i do not work for him i just asked if i could put in some time to help him for this action-oriented Red box. the day was hard and it took a long time. i have also had experience in helping a couple of self owned businesses hiring some of my hard working friends for either painting or handy man work. and i have also even given some great tips to my parents business on ways that they can market their company better.

We just wanted to inform you all on the changes that will be taking place with our company. as time moves forward so will technology. and as technology moves forward and advances, the less we will need some of the workers due to the technology being able to do the job with out error and would be able to get it done faster. take note that if you are let go due to the new technology improvement that it is not because you are a bad employee or that you have messed up. but that it is simply because we have found another way to get the job done better. also take note that you will not be exterminated on the site of the notification. as our company is large we have many other positions that would need the assistance of a person over the technology. if you would like to continue with the company as it grows please consult you department manager or a head Manager. the process may be denied if you wait to long and the spots are filled.
Take in note that we are not doing this upgrade to cut peoples jobs or to hurt people in any way we appreciate all of the strong effort that has been put forward of the continues years of all employees. we will not directly be taking everyone out as the technology comes it will be a slow and steady process that will take from 2-5 years. we would like to reward those who would like to continue their work in a different department if moved by giving them each a raise of approximately $0.25 witch we start in effect of the 1 day on the new position. please take in note that if you do not except to stay with the company in a new position that you will not be terminated of your job the offer is an open offer and your status would go as layed off at the time.
